We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if for any reason you’re not, we’ll gladly accept returns and issue refunds. Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds

To return your product, please go to your account page and click on Orders. Navigate to your order and click request a refund. After submitting your request, please make sure to check your email for directions on how to return the item. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item and shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt and your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us for assistance.
